Eden Skye is Post-Apocalyptic and near future. Dragons, expanded universe, and at its core, a young woman uncovering her importance to a world away.
As independent publishers, it's a great leap of faith to bet on yourself and personal vision. Our series longs for a time when great stories were what echoed success, and we are confident in Eden Skye's ability to retain through the ages - working to continue this process all the way from script to screen.
Our whole team is obsessed with fantasy, and I'm partial to those which ground themselves in some sort of realism. Having written, then pitched Eden Skye with several studios, a few things were certain:
Positive feedback was abundant... but we had no audience, and an insanely large proposed budget. Eden Skye is very much in the same realm that an audience which likes Game of Thrones would watch - and we've hit the pavement, attending conventions all around the country to see this epic come to life.
We need your help to show studios that there's absolutely an audience that would watch a show dubbed by one Skydance executive as, "Star Wars meets Game of Thrones" - and that, it is in fact... exactly what we need right now.
